It’s easy! Once booked, I’ll send out a detailed step-by-step guide on how to get your flowers to me.
The best results for preserving the most authentic colors, shapes and textures of your flowers is to dry the freshest blooms possible. It is very important that the bouquet is kept cool, hydrated in water and delivered as soon as possible after the wedding or special occasion. Friends or family members can also deliver, ship or courier the bouquet if you are not available.
No! I work with all flowers from any occasion!
Yes, the colors of the flowers will change. Some color and texture changes are normal and expected. Blue and lilac keep their color very well. White tends to turn beige/tan/brown, cream or yellow. Red, orange and purple will darken. Pink will loose vibrancy.
Approximately 2-6 months.
Flower preservation is a lengthy and detailed process. Each step takes time and cannot be rushed. It also depends on how many other orders I am working on, how many items are in your order and the time of year. Peak wedding months (May to October) may take longer. I preserve each bouquet in the order that it is received and give my utmost attention and care to every piece that I create. Your patience is very much appreciated!!
Unfortunately no. I’m unable to send them back to you safely alongside your resin products.
Even though I use a high quality UV resistant resin for all of my products, all resin products will eventually yellow over time. Keep the resin piece out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Please treat the resin piece as you would any original art, oil painting or watercolor.
Wedding day wear! There are a lot of people handling your flowers from the start of growing the flower to the end of your big day. The transparent spots are not noticeable until the resin is poured. Transparent spots are not flaws, they are a completely normal and an expected part of your flowers.
It is normal for bubbles to occur when flowers are submerged in resin. Flower petals can trap air and give off bubbles. The bubbles are especially noticeable on any flowers with deep cupped petals such as roses (red roses in particular are very susceptible to bubbles). Every resin piece is created one-of-a kind and some bubbles and imperfections are unavoidable.
